Architect-led construction means we build to your own drawings, whether you already have an architect or planning permission in place. Already have drawings or planning permission in place? You don’t need to have used our design team to work with us. Morgan Design & Construction regularly takes on construction-only projects across Poole, Bournemouth and Dorset, building to plans and specifications produced by your own architect or designer.
We review your drawings, advise on buildability and cost, and deliver the build to the same standard as our own design and build projects. Buccleuch Road, Pearce Avenue and Compton Drive were all delivered this way — each one designed by an external architect, and constructed by our team from foundation to final finish.
Bringing us in at construction stage doesn’t mean losing the coordination benefits of a design and build service. You still have a single dedicated project manager, the same quality inspections throughout, and the same clear quotation and programme before work begins.
