We’re proud to be working alongside the client to deliver this exceptional 6,000+ sqft coastal home in the heart of Sandbanks. Designed by ARC Architecture, the house is a cutting-edge contemporary build featuring linear brickwork, expansive glazing, and large-format sliding doors that open onto generous terraces.

The layout includes five bedrooms, a private basement-level gym, sauna, cinema, and a series of open-plan living spaces tailored to modern family life. Morgan Design & Construction is overseeing the full build, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail at every stage.
