Its striking charcoal-stained timber cladding and cantilevered first floor celebrate bold geometry, while floor-to-ceiling glazing and full-width sliding doors across the south-facing elevation flood the 1,636 sq ft interior with daylight and forge a seamless link to the surrounding woodland.

From the outset, our team devised a foundation and construction strategy that protects nearby tree roots, demonstrating the careful site analysis and innovative thinking we bring to every project. A restrained palette of locally sourced materials is complemented by high-performance insulation, an air-source heat pump, and other sustainable technologies, delivering year-round comfort with minimal environmental impact.
